Connor Pain, a professional footballer from Australia, was embarking on a new chapter of his career in Saudi Arabia. For the first time, he would play abroad and receive his salary in US Dollars (USD). However, he didn't have a USD account.

The absence of a USD account and the high costs associated with traditional banks for international money transfers presented a significant challenge.

The first and easiest option is to have his salary transferred back directly into his Australian account. The issue with this is that he would be charged poor exchange rates from his Australian bank and lose out on up to 5% of his salary each month.
